haven’t seen it yet – but most reviews i’ve heard from mates have been along the same lines as yours, not quite so drmatically forcefull though…
or you could use it as a rear reflector on a tutu (taxi) like they do in thailand 😉

loved it…rented it twice…
slow starting but the island fight scenes wer outstanding pieces of film …
